Can be an ex plumber with some sort of qualifications in Building Services or Mechanical engineering that can do some design.

Has extensive knowledge of all mechanical systems and is able to walk down all systems and produce snag items.

Is proficient with computers.

M&E Technical Advisors Role. (on the client side)
M&E Commissioning Manager’s Role.
M&E Co-Ordinators Role on behalf of the builder.
LEED and BREEAM CXA Role.
FM tendering for the client.
